As Tzunu Strategies’ Chief Operations Officer, Eunice Joshua Clarke has over 25 years of professional experience as an operations management consultant, strategic development professional, executive and administrator.

Eunice’s specialty: operational and organization design and efficiency. After her administrative management stint working in a number of service industries, Eunice wanted to do something to help repair the reputation of small- and medium sized companies and team support, and to help business owners grow and sustain their companies, long-term. Eunice also wanted business owners to understand that daily operational efficiency is an essential and necessary investment for businesses. 

Throughout her career, Eunice trained and worked with business owners, executives and employees in operations management, business leadership, systems, infrastructure, policy and procedures, organizational and operational design, team performance, human resources, recruiting and candidate sourcing. 

Currently, Eunice is pursuing an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois – Champaign Urbana. She received her Master of Education degree (Administration and Student Affairs) from the University of Southern California, and her Bachelor of Arts degree (Humanities/emphasis in Sociology) from Loyola Marymount University. Eunice is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Forbes (The Culture), the Microsoft Partner Network, Microsoft’s Black and African American Partner Growth Initiative, the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce.
